What Tandem is
Tandem is software for trucking companies to run loads, drivers and paperwork. It is in early access: we improve it every week, and some features are still being built.
Free period and price
Early-access carriers start with [PLACEHOLDER: 60] days free. After that, Tandem costs [PLACEHOLDER: $1.95] per load. A load counts once, however many legs, revisions or driver changes it has. There are no per-user fees and no contract. Your price stays the same for [PLACEHOLDER: 12] months, and we tell you at least 30 days before any change after that.
You stay in charge
Tandem reads documents such as rate confirmations with software and shows you what it found. It can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking the result before you rely on it.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. See the Privacy page for how we handle it.
Leaving
You can stop using Tandem whenever you like, with no penalty. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.
Limits
